Jack Dickman Obituary

John “Jack” Joseph Dickman, 76, of Commerce City, Colorado, passed away on January 9, 2018 at home.

Jack was born in St. Louis, MO on April 26, 1941 to Joseph and Eva (Sullivan) Dickman. He was raised in Homestead, Florida by his grandmother (Mammy) along with his sisters. His career consisted of work with NASA – designing satellites some of which are still in orbit; contracted with CIA during the Vietnam War; constructed/engineered several manufacturing plants for B-Line Systems as well as regional sales manager traveling around the country selling strut and other mechanical/electrical products.

Jack’s joys in life were his family, friends, fishing in Alaska and sharing stories. When he lost his eyesight he still had the desire for travel and he had Julie drive “Mr. Daisy” all over the country.

Jack is survived by his wife of 36 years Juliette Frances Dickman. His children Christina Dickman, Melissa (Kurt) Rudolph and stepson Shannon Cluff; sisters Margaret Baldwin and Elizabeth “Betty” Dickman; his granddaughters Heather Cluff and Janell (Jesus) Salinas; and great granddaughter Jessa Salinas. Preceded in death by his parents Eva and Joseph Dickman and stepson Sean Cluff.
