Richard Paiz

Richard Paiz, 81, of Arvada passed away on October 14, 2018. Richard was born on June 24, 1937, he was adopted by Cresencia Paiz, born too Corrine Gonzales.

Richard graduated from Valley High School in 1954. After high school he married Bernadine Fernandez on August 8, of 1957. Richard worked for the Associated Groceries as a warehouse man most of his life while growing up in the Gilcrest area. He also enjoyed fishing, taking his family on vacations, camping, and riding his motorcycle, making numerous trips with his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He is survived by his four children Richard Jr. (Shelly) Paiz of Brighton, Doris Paiz of Thornton, Roberta Paiz of Tucson, Arizona, Christopher Paiz of Westminster and his sister Gloria Blanco of Gilcrest, Colorado.

He is preceded in death by his wife Bernadine Paiz in 1996.

Visitation will be held at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home on October 21, 2018 at 6:00 pm.

A rosary will be held at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home on October 21, 2018 at 7:00 pm.

The mass of Christian burial will be held at St. Augustine Catholic Church on October 22, 2018 at 11:00 am.
