Charles "Charlie" Morales

Charles Morales passed away on September 25, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.

Charles was born in Las Vegas, New Mexico on November 23rd, 1940 to Micel and Rachel Morales.  He was the oldest of 10 children. Charles was married in Brighton, Colorado to the love of his life, Adelina “Viola” Morales they have been married for 59 years. Charles worked for the City and County of Denver Street Maintenance for 35 years. 

Charles and Viola are the parents of five children including: Michelle, Eugene (dec.), Charlene (dec.), Tommy (Marcie) and Frankie (Darlene); 14 grandchildren, Nicole, Felicia (James), Marina, Kevin, Angel (Charles), Eugene (Jessica), Desiree (Leon), Charles (Gina), Tommy Jr., Raquel, Donirae (Brandon), Analisa (Adam), Frankie and Carlos; 20 great grandchildren, Aubriona (Luis), Angelique, Isabella, Amerae, Amaya, Charlee, Alea, Emma, Geno, Lily, Leilani, Valencia, Christiano, Mariyah, Kylie, Kiki, Bam, John, Jaiden and Adam Jr.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Micel and Rachel; children, Eugene and Charlene; and brothers, Albert, Ronnie and Lucio.

Charles was a man of honor and loved by many. His memory and legacy will live on.

Catholic services honoring Charles will be held Thursday, October 3, 2019 with Viewing from 5-6 p.m.; Rosary at 6 p.m. and Funeral Mass on Friday, October 4, 2019 beginning at 11 a.m. all at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 178 South 6th Avenue, in Brighton, Colorado 80601.  Graveside Services will follow at Fairview Cemetery, in Brighton, Colorado.
