Albert J. Bucci

Albert J. Bucci passed away at his home on Sunday, January 8, 2017. He was born on the family farm 2 miles North of Brighton to Albert Bucci and Juliet Romano Bucci in December 1926. He attended school at Independence School and Brighton High School. On July 9, 1959 he married Beverly Wambolt. They have two children, Jerry (Diane) Bucci born June 4, 1960 and Kimberly Steiner born August 20, 1968, both of Brighton. In 1965 the family moved from the farm to town, where Al worked for Friedmans, and later Wall Clothing.

He was a member of Brighton United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Beverly, children Jerry and Kimberly, a sister, Donna Lehr (William) of Phoenix, AZ, 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Don Bucci.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 21, at 2pm, at Brighton United Methodist Church, 625 So. 8th Ave. Memorials may be given in Al's memory to Brighton United Methodist Church.
