Bina was born on May 1, 1940, in Colorado to Ralph and Josephine Ortega, and she was the 6th of 8 siblings. Fate destined her to be wed to the love of her life John Rosario Ramirez on January 2, 1959. Together they shared 56 years of marriage, six children, and a lifetime of smiles and memories.
Being a mother puts us in many roles and this beautiful pillar of strength was a devoted homemaker with many accolades to impress upon her family. She was a doctor, a teacher, a comedian, a counselor, and a Self-taught chef, whom created the best bread and tortillas!
Bina is survived by her family: Joan (Gary) Medina, Anita (Donald) Padilla, Julie (John) Macias, Regina (Mark) Lucio, Maria Ramirez, and John Ramirez. She was the epitome of a blessed and loved woman of nineteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren. Her memory lives on just as glorious and beautiful as her life.
