Andrew Lee Villegas
Andrew “Drew” Lee Villegas was born to June 28, 2004 in Brighton Colorado to George Villegas and Davetta Giron. He came in this world fighting for his life and has been battling ever since.
Andrew recently graduated from Brighton High School where he participated in Unified Sports. He played flag-football, basketball, and soccer. Being a part of Unified Sports made him so happy. He made so many friends in school and was looking forward to spending time with them this summer. Andrew loved Bulldog Red, there wasn’t a day that he wasn’t proud to be a Bulldog. He had a smile that lit up any room. His love for music was amazing.
Andrew is survived by his parents, George (Stephanie) Villegas, of Brighton Davetta (Chris) Giron of Brighton, brothers, Tristen Giron of Thornton Anthony (Tori Morales) Solis of Brighton,, and Giovanni Giron of Brighton, Step-siblings Eric (Jessica) Smith, Kaitlynn Wilmer, Michael (Sara) Villegas, Justin Villegas, and Carlos Villegas
Grandparents, Duane & Gloria Rose of Brighton, Uncle and Aunt, Joseph & Dawn Espinosa, cousins: Jonathan and Justine (Ben Santos) Espinosa and so much more family. He is proceeded in death by his paternal grandparents, George & Betty Villegas of Lafayette Colorado.
Andrew passed away on June 11, 2022 Brighton. He made a huge impact on so many and will be dearly missed by all. Remember Drew for his contagious laugh, his huge smile, and big heart.
