Anita Krueger passed away peacefully on November 8, 2020, at the age of 87. She was born in Tanz, Germany in May of 1933. In 1960, she married Harvey Krueger and came to Minneapolis, Minnesota where she raised her four children.
Anita went to work for Honeywell where she was employed for twenty years. After retirement Anita spent time with a group of friends that got together to “Stitch and Bitch”. They crocheted baby blankets that were added to “Bundles of Love” infant layettes that were donated to area hospitals. Anita also knitted winter hats and sometimes mittens which were donated to local schools and Kateri Church in Minneapolis.
Anita is survived by her four children; Evelyn (Richard), James (Rita), Michael (Ann) and Patricia (Brian). Additionally, she is survived by eleven grandchildren; Joy, Joey, Jay, Anthony, Elizabeth, Melody, Sara, Karen, Valerie and Charlotte as well as nine great grandchildren; Rydia, Issac, Hailey, Harley, Ana, Jayden, Elijah and Tilly.
Anita will also be missed by her family in Germany and Switzerland, her many other family members and friends.
