Anne Marie Nitchals

Anne Marie Nitchals (nee Weyers), age 57, died Friday, November 11, 2022 in the arms of her husband after a brief, but courageous battle with cancer. Anne was born to John Francis Weyers, Sr. and Sheila Maria (Richards) Weyers on December 18, 1964 in Appleton, Wisconsin. At about the age of 8, Anne moved to Colorado with her family. Anne married the love of her life, Hugh "Dean" Nitchals, Sr. on December 12, 1987. Anne was a great cook, and especially enjoyed cooking on Thanksgiving.

She spent most of her time with her family and loved and enjoyed her grandchildren. She was a lifelong learner, educated as a hair stylist, dental hygienist, over the road truck driver, a landscaping entrepreneur, and most recently a massage therapist. She had also developed a recent love of traveling. She would often say to her children and grandchildren "Have I told you today? Can I tell you? I love you!!" Anne loved with her whole heart and lived with so much intent. She gave great advice, and always put others before herself.

Anne is survived by her husband, Dean, her children, Leta (Josh) Crawford and their children, Emma and Zach Crawford, Christy (Kyle) Lagerstrom and their children, Bryson and Brayden Lagerstrom, Eric Jeske (Fiance - Janice White) and his children Zoe and Owen Jeske, and Hugh "Dean" Nitchals, Jr., by her siblings, Deb (John) Ballman, Jack (Linda) Weyers, Jeff Houseman, Linda Nelson and Del McFarland, Devon Houseman, Steve (Pauline) Weyers, her sister-in-laws and brother-in-laws, Bob Leckemby, Bobbi (Don) Jeske, Bill Nitchals, Ron (Audra) Nitchals, Patti Jacobs, Connie Nitchals and so many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and friends who will miss her dearly. She is preceded in death by both of her parents, her stepfather, Don Houseman, her mother and father-in-law, Hugh Dean and Theresa Joan Nitchals, her sister, Jo Leckemby, her sister-in-law, Anna M. Nitchals, and her brothers-in-law, Monty Nitchals and Tim Jacobs.

A Celebration of Anne's life will be held Friday, November 18, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Tabor Funeral Home, 75 South 13th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado. A reception will Follow the memorial.
