Anthony Michael Martinez

Anthony Michael Martinez, 22, of Brighton passed away on September 1, 2007 in Denver. Anthony was born on May 31, 1985.

Anthony was an inspiration to everyone who had the privilage to meet him. He touched everyone's heart that he met. Anthony was born with a rare skin disease which gave him many challenges through life. Anthony loved fishing, camping and was a #1 Bronco fan. Anthony loved his family. His niece and nephews had a special place in his heart. Anthony attended Brighton Schools and graduated in 2003.

Anthony is survived by his father Alfonso Martinez, Jr., mother Kathy Garcia and step-dad Jerry Reyes. Sister Stephanie and brother in law Rafael Grijalva. Brother Alfonso T. Martinez, step-brother Tim Smith, 3 nephews Isaiah Martinez, Ralphie Grijalva, Devon Anthony Grijalva, and niece Leena Grijalva (he was excited about the new baby on the way). Grandmother Lida Garcia and several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Anthony will be missed by all who new him. Rest in peace Baby.

A rosary has been scheduled for Thursday September 6, 2007 at 7pm and a Mass of Christian Burial has been scheduled for Friday September 7, 2007 at 10 am both located at the St. Williams Church in Ft. Lupton.
