Benigno Sanchez Hinojos

Benigno Sanchez Hinojos, 69, of Lochbuie, Colorado passed away April 30, 2020 after battling COVID-19 at Platte Valley Medical Center.

He was born to Natalia Hinojos and Catalino Sanchez in Chihuahua, Mexico. Benigno lived the majority of his life in the Hudson, Brighton, and Lochbuie area. He worked in the oilfields for Elkhorn Oil & Gas, LLC in Colorado.

Benigno was married to Amelia Sanchez Ogaz for over forty years, but had been widowed for almost three years.Together they raised four children; Cesar (Ivonne) Sanchez, Angelica (Eric) Solis, Silvia (Chris) Sanchez, and Jesus M. Sanchez.

Benigno was preceded in death by his father and wife and is survived by his mother, children, seven grandchildren as well as siblings; Candelaria Olivas, Catalina Carrillo, Arcadia (Calla) Payan, and Alberto Sanchez.
