Benjamin Bachicha was born to Mr. Benjamin Bachicha Sr. and Mrs. Helen Bachicha, nee’ Ledesma, on September 4, 1951, in Colorado. Benjamin unexpectedly passed away on August 23, 2025, in Ft. Lupton CO. He was 73 years old.

He is preceded in death by his father, Benjamin Sr., baby brother Randy, Sister Pamela and grandparents. As well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He grew up in Fort Lupton Colorado. He graduated from Fort Lupton High school, class of 1970. Benjamin enjoyed helping others and giving back to his community. His pride and joy was his son Eric. Benji loved his mother beyond measure and took pride in caring for her and continuing to learn from her infinite wisdom. He was passionate about health, wellness and fitness. He was an active member of the Ft. Lupton Recreation Center. Benji loved nature and all god’s creatures. He had a special bond with his dog, Nalu.

Benji was a generous spirit, always lending a hand where and when he could. He will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him.

Benjamin is survived by his mother, Helen and his son, Eric, dog Nalu, along with numerous cousins, friends and neighbors.

The service and burial took place on September 5th, 2025, at St. Williams Catholic Parish with Deacon Louis Arambula presiding.

Honorary Pallbearers were volunteer members of the Knights of Columbus including, Brothers Dick Callaway, Joe Hogelin, Rick Semroska, Steve Helvig, Antjuan Martinez, Felix Tafoya, and Mark Grajeda
