Cleofas Amaro Obituary
Cleofas Amaro,75 of Brighton, Colorado, formerly of Brownsville,Texas passed away on October, 24, 2020.
She was born in Cameron County on January 20 1945 to Faustino&Eugenia Barrios. Cleofas married Salvador on October 28th 1963 in Floydada,Tx.
Cleo has lived in Brighton since 1967. She was a former migrant worker, then became a homemaker. Cleo loved going to bingo, playing cards and going to Central City.
Cleo was also a VIP member at Ameristar. She loved to cook, bake and spend quality time with her grandkids and great-grandchildren. She was a loving wife, mother, grandma, and great grandma, sister and friend and she will be dearly missed.
Cleo is survived by her daughters: Rosa Amaro,Olivia(Lorenzo) Javalera, Juanita Amaro, Jeanette Amaro. Five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
