Clora Elizabeth (Martinez) Gallegos

Clora Elizabeth Gallegos was born on July 17, 1931, in Questa New Mexico to Dorotea Sisneros and Francisco Martinez she was the 7th of sixteen children (2 stepbrothers).  She was Baptized on August 2nd at St. Anthony’s in Questa New Mexico by Samuel Duran and Emilia Sisneros.  She married Joe J Gallegos on July 27, 1946, at St. Cajetan’s in Denver, Colorado; they were married for 58 years.  They had seven children six still living: Orlando of Arizona, Marie (Joe) Gonzalez of Denver, Jimmie (Juanita) of Brighton, Rudy (Grace) of Aurora, Timothy (Dawn) of Brighton, Kathy (David) Delgado of Brighton and Gilbert (Tessa) of Loveland adopted grandson. She had 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by both her parents and a stepmother, 5 siblings from her first family and 5 from the second family, her husband, son Gilbert L Gallegos and granddaughter Frances Villialobos.
