It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Cynthia Diane Carter, 73, on September 28, 2025.
Cindy was born on October 30, 1951, to Virginia L. Carter and Leroy E. Carter of Fort Lupton, Colorado.
Cindy lived life to the fullest and leaves a legacy of fun times and positive memories for all she befriended over the years.
As a student in the Fort Lupton, Colorado, school system, Cindy participated in every imaginable extracurricular activity the school offered. As a college student attending the University of Colorado in Boulder, Cindy studied fashion merchandising, psychology, and interior design before finding her niche as a flight attendant. Hired in 1973, Cindy worked for Frontier Airlines and loved the fast-paced lifestyle and flexibility to travel in her leisure time.
Upon retirement, Cindy continued to travel, developed a passion for cooking, and catalogued hundreds of her favorite recipes.
A heartfelt thank you to Cindy’s next-door neighbor, Huber Villa, of Denver, Colorado, for helping Cindy during her later years.
Cindy is preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Falagrady and is survived by her brother Jeff Carter of Buda, Texas.
A memorial service will be held at Hillside Cemetery in Fort Lupton on Wednesday, October 22, 1:00 pm. Following the service, we will celebrate Cindy and cherish the good times with her at Wholly Stromboli from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
