Edith Miller, age 90, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2026 in her home in Brighton, Colorado. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, great-great- grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She was a woman of deep faith, love and kindness, always putting her family and others before herself.
She was born on Nov. 17, 1935 in her grandmother's home in Loveland, Iowa. She grew up on a country farm near Portsmouth, Iowa, attended a one room schoolhouse for her elementary years and later graduated in 1952 from Harlan High School in Harlan, Iowa.
On May 18, 1953 she married her high school sweetheart, Glen Nelson Miller and they had a beautiful life together for 71 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clifford Lee Morrison, Sr. and Jean Edith Morrison, husband Glen Nelson Miller, son Glen Douglas Miller, and two granddaughters Elizabeth Bettles and Louree Benavidez.
She is survived by her children, Debra Condiff (David), Patti Cook, Ann Doxie (Kevin), Brian Miller, 8 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, brother Clifford Morrison Jr. and many nieces and nephews.
