Elaine Ruth Casedy

Elaine Ruth Casedy died peacefully at home on January 9, 2025, she was 79 years old. Elaine was born on September 29, 1945, to Lois (Hagler) Niswinder, who later married William “Bill” Green. 

   Elaine is survived by her three children. William “Bill” Tunis, Andrea Coar and Michael Casedy. Her sisters Linda (Sharol) Whitman and Diana (Dennis) Rodocker. Her aunts Darlene Rimpley and Carol Ball, and a lot of wonderful grandchildren and great grandchildren! 

      Elaine loved her business for 41 years at The Ponderosa Inn where she was an amazing hard worker. She cared about her customers and friends. Remembering all their names, family members names including all their children. 

         Elaine is proceeded in death by her Husband Gene Casedy, her mother Lois Green, father William Niswinder, stepfather William “Bill” Green, sister Nina Kuskie and daughter Michelle Tunis.

     Elaine loved life itself, and her family meant everything to her and helping anyone in need! Elaine will be missed but what light she shined.
