Ellen Nadine Barker was born in Denver, CO January 13, 1959
Ellen was raised in the Denver, Northglenn area. She graduated from Northglenn High School in 1977 and went onto college at Western State in Gunnison. There she met Neil and Married. They had one son, Jonathan. Ellen and Jonathan moved back to Denver in 1985 to live. Ellen then re-connected with a family friend, Richard. Ellen and Richard were together for 25 years. Once Jonathan was grown and moved out, Ellen and Richard started on a new adventure of managing RV parks all across the US. She loved to cook and cater events at the RV parks. The last place they lived together was Albuquerque, NM. After Richard's passing she moved back to Colorado where she remained until her death. Ellen Loved her grand Babies and would have them over to play and do arts and crafts.
She is survived by her son, Jonathan (Jamie); her two sisters, Dedra (Rick) and Brenda (LeRoy); granddaughters, Nona and Natasha; nieces, Amanda and Laura; nephew, Adam; and many cousins.
Ellen was preceded in death by her husband, Richard; her mother and father, Velva and Coy; her stepfather, Duane; her grandparents, John and Ruby Whitney; and her uncles, Leon and Royal.
