Ernesto Manuel Ramirez was born in Brighton Co on July 26th 1975 to Londy Ramirez and Helen Aragon. He attended Brighton schools and graduated from Brighton high school in 1993.
After graduation he went on to work at NeoTeck as a solder repair specialist from which he was currently employed.
Ernesto married Cecila Gallegos-Medina of Monterey Mexico in 2006. Together they had two beautiful daughters. Maya Camil who is 14 and Sarah Sofia is 10. Ernesto and Cecila divorced in December of 2020 but remained best friends.
There was no greater love than the love Ernesto had for his two girls. They were the light of his life. When he became a father, he had a greater purpose. He made sure Maya and Sarah had any and everything they needed. Their joy was his happiness. Every weekend was an opportunity for a new adventure. He would take them somewhere fun each weekend. Sometimes inviting their friends to come along too. They loved to travel together. From Colorado to California down to Florida and South Dakota and many many visits to Mexico. All his free time was spent with them. They shared an everlasting love. Creating special memories as often as they could. Those two girls were his world and they will miss him deeply.
Ernesto also had a very special bond with his two nephews. Joshua David, 23 and Jalen Alexander, 22. He stepped up and helped his sister Monica raise them. He was considered their “step-up” dad. Without him they would not be the men they are today.
Ernesto was very close with his sister Monica. He helped her through some of life’s most challenging times. They shared a special brother/sister bond and she will be forever grateful for the love he shared with her and her boys.
Ernesto loves sports! He was always super competitive. He enjoyed golf trips with his friends as well as playing volleyball with family. He loved his Broncos and enjoyed watching them on Sundays. He also loved to watch the Nuggets and attended games with Jalen, Maya and Sarah as often as they could.
Now let’s not forget that Ernesto was never short of a smart remark or two. He loved to give you grief about anything he could. He had a dry sense of humor so sometimes you didn’t know if he was joking or not. But one thing remained true and that was the love he had for his family. They all held a special place in his heart.
Ernesto is survived in life by his mother Helen (Clint) Aragon of Thornton, father Londy (Gilda) Ramirez of Brighton, daughters Maya and Sarah Ramirez, sister Monica (Luis) Ramirez-Guiterrez, step siblings Mario (Marta) Lovato, Crystle (Paul) Tenorio, Eric Guerrero, Tiffany Guerrero, his nephews/sons Joshua and Jalen Silva Ramirez, niece Katrina, nephews Lorenzo and Alexander, as well as countless aunts, uncles and cousins.
