Fernando Real Vasquez
Fernando Real Vasquez, age 66, was born on August 9, 1955 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Oralia Real Vasquez. He was raised in Roswell, New Mexico and attended some college until he enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17.
Fernando was known as a skillful trade worker, doing repair and landscaping jobs for anyone who sought out his expertise. He also worked as a cemetery care taker at Fort Logan National Cemetery in Denver, a job in which he greatly excelled at for 19 years.
Fernando was married to Jacqueline Sanchez and they spent 32 cherished years by each other’s side. Fernando enjoyed playing golf and riding his motorcycle any chance he was granted the opportunity. He was also known as an excellent cook, and was always proud of being a Marine and fighting for his country. Through out his adult life, Fernando always made sure that his precious Jacqui was taken care of, he went above and beyond to always keep her happy and smiling.
Fernando is survived by his lovely wife, Jacqueline Sanchez. By his son Jonathan Vasquez. His two siblings, Jesus Raul Vasquez, Rosa Solis, and his brother-in-law, Daniel Vigil. Also by 2 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in passing by his mother, Oralia Real Vasquez.
Fernando was a loving, hardworking man and he will be deeply missed by all of his close family and friends.
