Fred A. Pollack Jr.

Fred Andrew Pollack Jr. was born on September 16th, 1962 to Mary Ellen Casso/Pollack and Fred A Pollack Sr. Fred was the eldest of five siblings and grew up in Thornton CO.

Over the years he owned and operated several successful businesses. All Around Bail Bonds in Denver CO, Los 3 Jalapenos Restaurant in Northglenn, CO & On Time Supply, LLC in Thornton, CO.    

His love for his family kept him striving to create something of his own to share with them and maybe leave to them someday. 

He was a very caring person, putting everyone before himself. He always wanted to make everything special like decorating for holidays & birthdays, cooking favorite meals & buying favorite snacks for everyone especially his kids & grandkids no matter their age.

He was a hard working man who ran 2 businesses at the same time, but still found time to spend with his family. He was also an amazing father & husband who would be there no matter where, when or why you needed him.

He is survived by his wife Kathy, son: Fred A Pollack III, daughter: Ashley (Tommy) Hoffman, Step son Michael Rocha, granddaughters: Hailey, Lenai, Gemma & newest granddaughter Aunalee Marie. Great Granddaughter: Payson Lynn, Mother: Mary Ellen Pollack, Father: Fred A Pollack Sr, brothers: Benito Pollack, Chris (Sheri) Pollack, & Sister: Kimberly (Marvin) Jaramillo & several nieces & nephews. 

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Cecilia & Benito Ramirez, Andrew & Mary Pollack brother: Steven Pollack, Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
