Gail Wright 83, of Brighton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2025. Born on June 22, 1942, in Pontiac, Michigan, Gail lived a full and joyful life grounded in humor, kindness, and a steadfast spirit.
The daughter of Walter and Genevieve McLaughlin, both deceased, Gail grew up learning the value of laughter, resilience, and simplicity. She was known for her good sense of humor and easygoing nature, approaching life with grace and a “go with the flow” attitude. Never one to want for much, Gail found happiness in the company of loved ones and the simple pleasures that filled her days.
Gail’s passions included bowling, bingo, ceramics, and crochet—hobbies that reflected her creativity and love for community. She was actively involved with both the VFW and American Legion, always lending her warm personality to gatherings and events.
She is survived by her children: Andy Jones, Catherine “Cici” Jones, and Allen Wright, who carry forward her spirit of joy and generosity. Also had 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Also 5 grandchildren.
A celebration of Gail’s life will be held at a later date to be determined. Friends and family will gather to honor her memory and the laughter she brought into their lives.
