Ian Neil Link

Ian Neil Link, 27, of Lafayette, Colorado passed away on January 23, 2023.  Ian was born on November 3, 1995 at St. Anthony’s North Hospital in Westminster, Colorado. He was born to his mother, June Link, and father John Clay Link. Ian lived and grew up in the Fort Lupton area until his family moved to Lafayette in his teenage years. 

Ian was a mechanic by trade and worked hard to own his own performance and speed shop.  He spent most of his time there working on cars, his passion in life.  Ian was happiest behind the wheel of his favorite drift car showing off his driving skills. Ian’s hobbies included fishing, drift car racing, skateboarding, and playing video games.  He was constantly studying and reading up about mechanical specifications in order to improve his trade skills. Ian also loved his family and friends who he considered family.  His passion to help anyone in need was a gift to all he encountered. 

Ian is survived by his father John Clay Link,his siblings Maria Giron, and Lona Link, as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  He was preceded in death by his mother June Link.  

Services to celebrate Ian’s life will be held on February 3, 2023 at 10:30 am at St.Williams Catholic Church in Fort Lupton, Colorado.
