Jack Allen Walker died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at the age of 47, after a battle with Leukemia.
Jack was born October 6, 1960 in Denver, Colorado. He was a life long resident of Brighton. He attended school in Brighton and was a promanent Welder and business owner for years with Walker Metal Fabricators, Walker Horse and Stock Trailers, Tote-A-Shed Inc and Redline Engineering Inc.
He was the owner and driver of "Ragin Thunder" a two wheel drive pull truck. He and his family loved so much to travel to surrounding states during the summers pulling at fairs. He was the points Champion in 2004 and 2005.
He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Kristi, son Tyler (Steph) Walker of Brighton, daughter Megan (Terry) Nash of Brighton. Three grandchildren Jadyn Walker, Tyson Walker and Trentin Nash. His parents Bruce Walker of Loveland and Frances Walker of Maryland. Brother Steve (Janee) Walker of Windsor and sister Debra Walker of Maryland, as well as several nieces and nephews and many wonderful, caring and loving friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton between 4-8pm. Funeral servies will be held on Thursday, June 26, 2008 at the Brighton United Methodist Church at 2pm.
