October 9,1943 -October 14,2023

James was born and raised in Denver, Colorado to his parents James and Irene Cordova.

He grew up in the West-side of Denver and attended West High School. As a very young boy he shined shoes and delivered the newspaper. He worked various  jobs in his life.   He went to school to become a Barber and loved doing just that. He loved being the party guy and loved Music and Dancing.  He  had lots of friends and enjoyed everyday life of gatherings with his Sons and their friends, his siblings, family and close friends as he grew up. He loved the outdoors camping ,fishing with his father and brother Chuck. He was a big fan of the Denver Broncos win or lose! He was brought up in church with his family and enjoyed spending time with Pastor Danny.

James is survived by his children James Jr., Lisa, Gary, Chris, Micah and his  brothers and sisters Chuck, Eddie ,Jeannie, Stevie and Alice.  He had Numerous Nephews, Nieces ,Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren. He is preceded in Death by his Parents James and Irene Cordova, Sister Rose , Brother Walter and Nephew Walter Cordova Jr.
