JoAnn was born in Chester, Nebraska to Charles Vizner and Irene Kelly on November 26, 1935. She was one of three girls. She married the love of her life and best friend Robert (Bob) John Kramer on September 17, 1956. Together they had 2 boys to share their life with, Shane and Jeffrey.
JoAnn graduated from Ft. Lupton High School in 1954. From there she went on to be a bookkeeper and secretary for Colorado Power Company until 1960 when Shane was born. Then she went on to do bookkeeping and secretary duties for St. Williams Catholic Church until she retired in 1995. After that she really started getting into her hobbies. She loved working on the family history books, she loved doing puzzles, playing Yahtzee, and playing cards with Bob.
She very much loved having all of her family around her, and was always planning big family events. She was so proud of everything her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren were doing, no matter what it was. She always talked about her family to anyone who would listen.
