With profound sadness and endless love, we announce the passing of our beloved son, Joel Damian Marquez-Rivas.

Joel Damian entered this world far too soon, yet in his brief time here, he touched countless hearts and forever changed the lives of those who loved him. Though his journey was measured in moments, the love he inspired will last a lifetime.

Joel was deeply cherished by his parents, family, and all who eagerly awaited his arrival. He was a precious gift whose tiny hands left an everlasting imprint on our hearts. While we dreamed of watching him grow, hearing his laughter, and creating a lifetime of memories together, we find comfort in knowing that he knew only love, warmth, and the embrace of his family.

Though our arms ache to hold him, we carry him with us every day—in our thoughts, our hearts, and our memories. Joel Damian will forever be our son, our greatest blessing, and our angel.

He is survived by his loving parents, Sandra Rivas and Joel Marquez, his siblings Itzayanna sujey, Lorenzo Rey, and Alitzel ja’nelly and is all those who loved him before they had the chance to truly know him.
