John Luddington, 55, die September 2, 2007 in Thornton.
John was born January 19, 1952 in Denver, Colorado to Loren (Maudie) Luddington. He graduated from Brighton High School and enlisted in 1969 in the U.S. Army where he served in Germany and Vietnam through 1972. He worked as a fire sprinkler pipe fitter in Union Local 669. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and sports enthusiast. He loved spending time with his family and friends and also loved helping helping others.
Survivors include his mother Maudie Luddington, sister Kathy Toth of Thornton, daughters Heather (Chris) Willis of Aurora and Jodi Luddington of Fairbanks, Alaska, granddaughter Hannah Willis, nephew Richard (Faydra) Tothand children in Denver, niece Katherine (Robert) Burns and children of Thornton.
John is preceded in death by his father Loren Luddington, uncle James W. Luddington (Jean), aunt Dorothy Whitehead (Albert).
A memorial service has been scheduled for Friday September 7, 2007 at 2pm at the Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton. Inurnment will be a Elmwood Cemetery.
