Joseph Montoya Obituary

Joseph T. Montoya, 84 years of age, of Lafayette, Colorado, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021. He was preceded in death by his Father, Joseph Montoya, Mother, Lucy Montoya and 3 brothers Ed Montoya, Robert Montoya and Jim Montoya. He is survived by his sisters Evelyn and Dolores and his companion, Barbara Sleppy.

He is also survived by his three children, J., Joseph, and Janine, two son-in-laws, nine grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.

Joe, a sports fan, loved the Colorado Rockies and the San Francisco 49ers, he rarely missed a game. His "What's Up?" will be missed and as our loving Aunt put it..."he's knocking on heaven's door."

A burial and private service will be held at a later date in Lafayette.
