Josephine I Trujillo, 83 years young, of Brighton, Colorado, passed away peacefully on November 8, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on February 20, 1942, in Denver, Colorado, Josephine lived a life filled with warmth, creativity and compassion.
She was the devoted wife of Joe Trujillo, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together they raised a beautiful family, including their children Terry and Jackie. Her pride and joy extended to her grandchildren Krystal, Nicole, Roslyne and her cherished great grandchildren Elyse, Nathan, Seth, Ricky, Samantha, Jayden, and Luna.
Josephine’s hands were rarely still; she found joy and peace in her many creative hobbies. Whether baking something delicious, crafting ceramics, sewing, or crocheting gifts for those she loved, she poured her heart into everything she did. Family meant everything to her, and she spent countless hours with her grandchildren, great-grandchild, and the many others she cared for over the years - leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and generosity that will live on through all who knew her.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her gentle spirit, her warm smile, and the unconditional love she gave so freely.
