Juanita Alarid Obituary

Juanita Altagracia Alarid, 64, of Parker, passed away July 8, 2013 in Castle Rock. Born November 25, 1948 in Brighton, CO to Joseph and Maria (Flores) Candelario she graduated from Brighton High School.

She enjoyed traveling, taking vacations and 'bumming' around with friends and family. She loved spending time with her siblings, children and grandchildren.

Juanita is survived by her husband, Orlando Alarid of Aurora; children, Matthew (Amanda Smith) Alarid of Denver, Nathan (Laura) Alarid of Thornton and Gina Alarid of Parker; siblings, Ignasia Marquez of Riverside, CA; Ed (Celina) Candelario of Denver, George (Sally) Candelario of Colorado Springs, Trinidad Valencia and Joseph Candelario both of Brighton; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Ben.

A Rosary Service will be Thursday, July 11, 2013 at 7:00pm with visitation one hour prior at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home, 75 S. 13th Avenue in Brighton. Mass of Christian Burial will follow on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
