Juanita Diane Romero, born August 12, 1954, bid this world goodbye on October 25, 2025.
Juanita was predeceased by her beloved father, John Romero, her loving mother, Esther Barela, and her dear brothers, Charlie and Mike Romero. Her memory will forever be cherished by her devoted husband, Bob Mulkey, to whom she was married in 1989.
She is survived by her son, Carlo Romero-Rosa, her stepsons, Bobby and Lee Mulkey, and her sisters, Barbara Gallegos, and Patty Romero. Each of them held a special place in her heart and she loved nothing more than spending time with them. Her love for her family was evident in everything she did.
In 1995, she and Bob embarked on a new adventure, starting 'Now or Never Trucking'. This was more than just a business for them; it was a testament to their teamwork and determination. Her intense personality and unwavering determination were the pillars of their success.
Juanita was a woman of many interests. She loved all genres of music, and enjoyed the excitement and camaraderie of supporting the Denver Broncos. Her creative spirit shone through her love for scrapbooking and curating photo albums. Every moment she spent taking pictures and creating memories with her beloved grandchildren was treasured.
Juanita's love wasn't only reserved for her family and hobbies. She had a big heart for her dogs, treating them as family and giving them a lifetime of love and care.
A viewing will take place November 12, 2025 11-12PM at Tabor-Rice Funeral Home, Inc. Followed by a memorial service at 12 - 1 PM at the Tabor-Rice Funeral Home, Inc. Juanita's graveside service will be held afterwards at 1PM at Elmwood Cemetery Following these, a reception will be held in her honor at the Alli Event Center 100 south 3rd Avenue Brighton CO. 80601
Her life was a testament to her strength, resilience, and love. Her memory will continue to inspire and guide us all.
