Judith Glover Obituary

Judith Ann Glover was born September 17, 1951, to Cyril and Barbara Beatty. Her family included older sister Beckie, older brother Dave, and younger brother Tim. Judee graduated from South High School in 1969.

Judee met Thomas Glover on a blind date, and they married March 6, 1971. It was shortly after that they welcomed their first born, James, in September of that year. Their family was to grow two years later with the birth of their daughter, Jolynne, in August of 1973.

Judee was a stay-at-home mom until she decided to go back to school for a nursing degree. She completed her studies and was certified as an LPN. She shortly decided being home with her kids was where she wanted to be. With that decision, Johanna was born in May of 1984 and Joseph came two years later in May of 1986. Judee loved being a mom of a big family! Her biggest memories come from all our family trips to California. She was also very active in the church, helping with the children’s ministry.

Judee was taught by her older sister Beckie to sew and would sew clothes and Halloween costumes for her children. Judee was fond of sewing and eventually found her passion making countless quilts for her family members. Later in life, she became an active member of the Adams County Quilter’s and held her own sewing group each week.

Judee was a great mom, but she was an even better Grandma! She was always in her sewing room creating whatever the kids asked for! She was a grandma to Brandon, Chardena, Ezekiel, Zoe, Zephaniah, Hazel, Caleb, and Babie Charlie. She was also a Great-Grandma to Weston, Mya, Adelyn, Michael, Adalyn, and Noah. She cherished every minute she had with them!

Judee was welcomed into heaven on March 30, 2024, by her parents Cyril and Barbara, her sister Beckie, her son James, Grandchildren Thomas and Izaiah, and Friend Melissa.

She will be greatly missed by her husband, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, countless nieces and nephews, and many more friends and family!
