Keith T. Lineberger, a cherished father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and proud Navy veteran, passed away on March 6, 2026, in Brighton, Colorado, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born on April 26, 1933, in North Carolina, Keith lived a full and independent life of 92 years.
Keith's early years in North Carolina set the stage for a life characterized by steadfastness and service. After completing his education, he answered the call of duty and joined the United States Navy, where he served with distinction as a Petty Officer, 1st Class. Keith's 22 years of service included active duty and reserves, during which he demonstrated unwavering commitment and patriotism.
Keith's love for his family was the cornerstone of his life. He leaves behind a loving legacy with his two daughters, Dina Jones (Dennis), and Anna Grassmick (Michael); granddaughters, Lisa Jones, and Kacey Gleason (Doug); and great-grandsons, Declan and Asher Gleason. Keith was preceded in death by his cherished granddaughter, Nina Grassmick, whose memory remained dear to him.
An avid sports fan, Keith's passion for the Colorado Rockies and the Denver Broncos was well-known among his friends and family. He found immense pleasure in watching games, celebrating victories, and sharing the camaraderie that comes with being a devoted fan.
As we bid farewell to Keith T. Lineberger, we celebrate a well-lived life. His memory will be alive in the stories shared by the family he adored and the friends who admired him. Keith's journey on earth has ended, but his story will continue to unfold in the lives of those he touched.
