Kyle Mollison Obituary

In Memoriam

Kyle Dale Mollison "Sarge"

Kyle was born in Webster City, Iowa December 28, 1963. Growing up he had 3 brothers Koby, Kory and Kerby. His parents were William "Dale" Mollison and Jolene Thompson Mollison.
Kyle grew up in Longmont, Colorado where he made lots of friends there and had some of the best times of his life. He attended Skyle Line High School where he graduated in 1982.

Kyle first and foremost was a Marine. He was stationed at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside and served for 6 years in Vista, California.

Kyle married Christy Dee Coletta in April 1987 and had their first child, Tyson Mollison on August 12,1988 and adopted Melissa to be his daughter. Kyle was the best father a girl could ask for. He was big and strong with bright red hair and was my Super Man. One particular memory I have is going to the Del Mar County Fair and enjoying time at the beach or visiting his parents in Colorado on Christmas. Kyle also loved his little red Jeep. Kyle and Christy divorced in the late 80's.

Kyle enjoyed cooking and listening to music like Match Box 20, Metallica and 5 Five Finger Death Punch. He loved the great outdoors. Three years ago we went to Estes Park and walked the streets going through the many gift shops. We had lunch at an amazing Mexican restaurant and checked out the hotel where the Shinning was filmed. One of the many qualities I'll always remember is that he always did his best to put those he cared about before himself and went out of his way to try and help someone in need.

Kyle is survived by his two children; Melissa Mollison and Tyson Mollison, his three brothers; Koby, Kirby and Koby Mollison.

Kyle is preceded in death by both parents, William "Dale" Mollison and Jolene Mollison.
