Lillian S. Sandoval

Lillian Susana Sandoval, 62, of Brighton, passed away June 13, 2012 in Westminster. She was born May 24, 1950 in Brighton to Antonio Sena and Alicia Marquez.

She married Jose Sandoval on January 24, 1970 in Brighton. They celebrated their forty-two year Anniversary this year.
Lillian was a devoted mother who stayed at home and raised her three children. Once they reached school age she ventured out into the work force. She started her career in food service with the school district and also worked for the state juvenile detention facility. She retired from Platte Valley Medical Center after 10 years of service. Her positive spirit and smiling face brightened the day of all who came in contact with her.

She is survived by her husband Leroy Sandova; her three children, Jessica, Ruben, and Steven and four grandchildren, Derrick, Deztani, Marisa and Davian. She is also survived by her sisters, Gloria Crawford, Helen Lugo, Delphie Morales, Shirley Medina, Rosa Mata, Vicky Sena, Joann Sena and one brother Joe Sena. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service will be Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at The Healing Place Church, with visitation beginning at 12:00 p.m. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery.
