Linda Sue (Bain) Buckalew

Linda Sue Buckalew was born in Cainsville Missouri on June 12, 1946, to Lee and Lela Bain. She graduated from Cainsville High School in 1964 at the top of her class.

She married Rickey Buckalew on May 17, 1968. They had one son, Richard Eugene Buckalew.

Linda spent most of her working career at Trenton R9 School District and North Central Missouri College in Trenton Missouri as the business manager. They moved to Colorado in September 1996, where she finished her career at Colorado Association of School Boards in Denver.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her greatest thing in life was spending time with her grandsons Reggie and Reece and great grandchildren Isley and Rhett.

Linda is survived by her son Richard and wife Cherri, grandsons Reggie and wife Kendall, Reece and wife Madison, two great grandchildren Isley and Rhett all of Colorado, as well as a son from another Mother Curtis and wife Miki Dahlberg of Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her husband Rickey of 57 years, her parents, 2 sisters Betty Hartschen and Lora Lee McGinley, one brother Cecil, 2 sisters-in-laws, Sharon Buckalew and Debbie Buckalew, 2 brothers-in-laws Junior Hartschen and Merlin McGinley.

In leu of Flowers the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
