Marbella Neomie Hernandez (Bella)
Marbella was born to Leandro and Severa Montoya in Chama, Colorado on January 6, 1933. She had 10 brothers and sisters. She married the love of her life Frank Hernandez on July 7, 1951 and they had 6 children. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother to 120 immediate family members. She dedicated her life to raising her family, volunteering at the church, and the Los Alegres Ancianos senior group. She always enjoyed having her family and friends around. She would cook delicious meals for whomever visited her home and her home was always open to anyone. She spent her time embroidering dish cloths, playing the piano, singing, and tending to her flowers outside.
She is survived by her 6 children: Edna, Verna (Sid), Rita, Eddie, Allen (Laura), Teddy (Audrey), her 2 brothers (Henry and Alonzo Montoya) and her sister (Lorraine Almeida), and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was always thankful and felt very blessed for all the family and friends who touched her life. From the bottom of her heart, she wanted everyone to know how much she loved you and as she always did, she sends her blessing.
All services will be held in Fort Lupton at St. Williams Catholic church on Friday September 23, 2022. Viewing begins at 10am, Rosary at 10:30am, Mass at 11am, and a graveside service to be held at a later date.
