Marvin Ihle Obituary

Marvin “Moe” Raymond Ihle

October 15, 1954 – August 30, 2025

Moe was born in Lafayette, Co to Marvin Raymond Ihle Sr and Leona Marie Salazar and was the youngest of 4 siblings. He married the love of his life Chari (Waneka) Ihle on January 15, 1977 after only knowing each other four months.

Moe lived his entire life in Lafayette, CO. Served in the US Navy on the USS Hancock, and was a plumber from the age of 15.  He proudly served in the American Legion Post 22 Honor Guard in Northglenn, Co.  He was a Master Plumber at the University of Colorado Boulder Housing Department.

He is survived by his wife, Chari Ihle, son Charlie Ihle (Sumer Ihle) Daughter Tiffany Ihle, his sister Marvine Bradford, and many nieces and nephews. He was a proud grandpa to Five grandchildren: Ariel Guzman (Rick) Molly Ihle, Jeremiah Kunzler, Tyler Kunzler, Jacob Ihle and two great grandsons Ryder and Ryatt Guzman.

He was preceded in death by his parents Marvin R. Ihle Sr. and Leona Ihle, Brother Carl Ihle, Sister Mary Garza.

Moe enjoyed Fishing and Camping anywhere especially in Wyoming with his wife and best buddy Miley. He was the type of person that could make friends with anyone he met, and was willing to help people out in any way that he could, whether it was fixing their plumbing problems or anything else they needed. He was very excited about appearing in the you tube video by Ronnie Davis, “Honor Bell Song” and made sure he shared it with everyone he knew.
