Michael was born in Iowa but always called Colorado home. He was the Denver Broncos most dedicated fan. Win or lose - they were dear to his heart.
Michael worked as a CNC Machinist. He was a master at his craft. His job truly defined him. His attention to detail and dedication to see a job through made him a natural leader amongst his peers. His satisfaction came from a job well done.
Michael was always so proud of himself because he truly could fix anything from a wilted plant to a complete engine overhaul. Michael did not have an easy life but he never complained. He could easily been bitter about the past but he chose compassion, patience and love. If you needed help, he helped you.
His love for mankind matches his love for animals.
Michael is survived by his wife, Maggie; his children, Melissa, Nicole, Shane, Sarah; his brother Randy;his sister,Christy and a small army of grandchildren.
He passed peacefully in his sleep surrounded by loved ones. Should you care to make any donations in his name, please contact your local animal shelter.
