Michael Fresquez Obituary

Michael Fresquez, 51, of Thornton and formerly of Brighton, passed away September 16, 2013 at his home. He was born December 12, 1961 in Denver, CO to Joseph and Frances (Alires) Fresquez and graduated from Brighton High School in 1980.

He loved music and dancing and enjoyed reading. Michael especially loved his dogs. He worked as a Bookkeeper in PERA Retirement from 1980 until 1998.

Michael is survived by his father and step-mother, Joseph and Arlene Fresquez of Brighton; Life Partner, Doug Gohr of Thornton; sisters, Patricia (Chris) Tortolito of Denver and Deann (Maynard) Morrison of Brighton; brothers, Matthew (JoLynn) Fresquez of Longmont and Ronnie (Marianne) Fresquez of Fountain. Other survivors include several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his mother.

A Memorial Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:00am at St. Augustine Catholic Church.
