Patti Hubbard sadly passed away on January 3, 2023. She was born in Denver, Colorado to her loving parents Glenn and Vilura Hubbard and was the youngest of 3 siblings. She grew up in Henderson, Co and attended Brighton High school where she married her high school sweetheart.
Patti was always there for us from a very young age until the day she passed. She instilled in us the importance of family, hard work and simply doing what is right. She was always there to pick up the phone and would listen to anything we needed to talk about. Our mother was a true role model, fighter, and will be miss deeply.
Patti was a kind, caring and giving person who always put the needs of her family before her own. She was a strong woman who faced every challenge in her life with courage, dignity, and never gave up. Her favorite job was working as a health care specialist for Presbyterian St Luke’s Hospital and would occasionally talk about how much she enjoyed working with people. Unfortunately, after diagnosed with MS in her mid-40s, she was forced to quit her job and decided to “Live life like you were dying” which was her favorite Tim McGraw song. She enjoyed Harley rides, country dancing, most importantly eating Mexican food with family and of course Margaritas. She loved to go to Blackhawk and Central city and could sometimes find her getting lucky on the blackjack tables. She will be deeply missed by everyone whose lives she touched.
Patti is survived by her sons Donovan, and Chris Maes; along with 4 grandchildren, Andrew, Zoe, Nicolas, Megan, brother Ron Hubbard and her dog Molly. Patti is predeceased by her parents, Glenn and Vilura Hubbard, sister Judy Grubbs, and her beloved dog Oliver.
The funeral service will be held at 75 S 13th Ave, Brighton, Co on January 23rd, 2023 @ 11:00 am
