Paula Sue Morganflash (Sussie) passed peacefully at home on December 22, 2024. She was born March 20, 1952, to Paul Smith and Shirley Vogt. She was the first born of two children.
Paula was raised in Denver and went to Alameda High School. She received a high school diploma and a degree in small business in her later years. Paula married the love of her life Ronnie Morganflash April 1, 1972. They lived and raised their two boys in Ft Lupton.
Paula was hard working her whole life. She worked for the family auction doing bookkeeping and payroll. Along with many other jobs doing what she did best. She retired in 2018.
Paula was a VERY PROUD mother of her two sons Shahn and Brett. She loved all of her family and really enjoyed spoiling the grandchildren. Anyone that knew her, loved her! Paula was so selfless and always put everyone before herself. When her boys were young, she was like a second mom to most of their friends . Paula loved everyone unconditionally . Paula loved going for rides in the car sight seeing. Always ready for an adventure. She had a passion for collecting clowns and antiques . Paula was a very big sports fan, always enjoyed watching the Huskers, Avalanche and Broncos.
Paula is survived by her two children Shahn (Ana) Morganflash and Brett (Nadine) Morganflash, Brother Hal (Chris) Smith of SD, eight grandchildren; Miguel, Nick, Kathy, Draven, Bernadette, Santana, Sofia and Kendall, five great grandchildren; Aylynn, Avryn, Camila, Nicholas and Micah.
