Pete Garcia

Pete entered into eternal rest on May 6th, 2024. Pete was a cherished son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Pete was born in Denver, Colorado on March 15, 1972 to Marcella Castillo. He was a graduate of Brighton High School, class of 1990.

Pete spent most of his career in landscaping where he made many close friends. In his free time he loved to read, take care of plants from generations before him, go for a drive while listening to music, and especially spending time with those he loved the most including his beloved dog, Bubba. Pete had an unwavering commitment to family.

Pete is survived by his mother, Marcella Castillo; brother, Anthony Marquez; sister in law, Rosalie Marquez; four nieces, Desiree, Antoinette, Marisol, and Sophia; great nephew, Anthony; and great niece, Amiyah.

He is preceded in death by great uncle, Pete Cordova; great aunt, May Cordova; grandmother, Tillie Baeza; and aunt, Sandra Castillo
