Peter David Tenorio

It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Peter David Tenorio.  He was born on November 25, 1975, in Denver, Colorado to Virginia and Manuel Tenorio and raised in Brighton, Colorado.  He was the youngest of six children.

Peter is survived by his parents Virginia and Manuel Tenorio, Greeley, Colorado; sons Jason (Ryanna) Tenorio, Alamosa, Colorado;  Ricky Tenorio, Brighton, Colorado; Stepson Andre  (Dannya) Lewis, Brighton, Colorado; Stepdaughter Jessica Lewis, Brighton, Colorado; Mother of their children Augustine Aragon, Brighton, Colorado; Grandchildren Dominic Tenorio, Mia Tenorio, Alex Tenorio, Raven Tenorio, Giovannii Tenorio, Baby Tenorio on the way, Amara Lewis, and Alaric Lewis, Brighton, Colorado; Brother to John (Kathy) Tenorio, Fort Lupton, Colorado; Frank (Karen) Tenorio, Greeley, Colorado; Yolanda Tenorio, Brighton, Colorado; Terrie Hernandez, Brighton, Colorado; Kristine Martinez, Greeley, Colorado.  Peter was also Uncle to multiple nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

Peter attended school in Brighton, Colorado graduating from Heritage High School.  He worked for General Concrete Contractors several years and he was an artist at operating the bobcat. He attended culinary school and enjoyed cooking in restaurants.  He loved cooking for his mother and family.  He loved his kids and grandkids and enjoyed spending time with them.  He loved his dogs Lucky and Baily whom he spoiled greatly.

Services will be held on August 20, 2025 at Tabor Funeral Home at 11:00 AM.
