Rachel Morris Obituary

Rachel E. Morris, age 37, of Hamilton, IL, passed away on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at 10:43 am in Keokuk Area Hospital.

Rachel was born February 26, 1985 in Gillette, Wyoming, the daughter of Dean and Nancy Baker Morris.  

Rachel was a 2002 graduate of Brighton High School in Brighton, CO and a graduate of Artistic Beauty College in Denver, CO. Rachel ran a successful business as a hair stylist for 15 years, in and around the Brighton, CO area.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoyed being outdoors and going to Country music concerts with her friends. She also enjoyed football, and she was an avid fan of the Denver Broncos.

Rachel is survived by her father, Dean Morris & Cheryl Smith of Abilene TX; her mother, Nancy Morris of Payson, IL; Step Mother, Crista Morris of Brighton, CO; her sister, Danielle (fiancée, Gabrielle Totman) Morris of Tampa, FL; her brother, Robert Gabriel Lucio, III of Payson, IL;  paternal grandparents: Victor and Shirley Morris of Brighton, CO, and Jill Mildenberger of Brighton, CO; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Rachel was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ralph and Helen Baker and her grandfather, David Mildenberger.

Celebration of life,11:00 am Saturday, October 1st, 2022, at Tabor Funeral Home,
