Robert Tacker (Bobby) was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Brighton, Colorado by his mother, Roberta and stepfather, Jack Baker.
Robert graduated from Brighton High School, class of 1984. He earned 3 associates’ degrees, a bachelor's degree and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Colorado. Robert touched a great many lives through his work digitizing and preserving photos from the past. From that work, Robert had a large number of people who considered him a friend. He was an avid Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche and Colorado Rockies fan. He spent many hours cheering the teams on.
Robert and Kelly (Egan) were married for 37 years.
Robert is survived by his wife Kelly, son Sean (Kristina) Tacker; along with 2 grandchildren Willow and McKenna. Surviving siblings, Jacquelyn ( Baher) Evinger, Joann (Baker) Morse, James Miller, Melody (Miller) Dreiling, Jacqueline (Tacker) Ackerman and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents Lola Royle and Robert J. Royle, siblings Carl Miller, Danny Baker and Charissa (Baker) Row.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert’s name to The Cerebral Palsy Foundation or Shriners Hospital for Children.
