Santos "Sandy" Garcia

Santos ( Sandy ) Garcia, age 86, passed peacefully at her home on January 7, 2026.  She was born on November 1, 1939 to the late Jose and Carolina (Alviso) Sabas.  

She met Eduardo Leroy Garcia, Mr. G, as she referred to him, in 1960.  They were married just a few short weeks later.  They had 4 children together, Alfred, Tony, Anna and Jesus (China). They moved from California to Ft. Lupton, Colorado where they raised their children and remained married for 40 years until Mr. G's passing in 2000. 

Sandy was a homemaker.  She loved caring for her husband and children. When referring to her children it was just not her own but her children's friends as well.  

Sandy is preceded in death by her love Mr. G, son Alfred, daughter in law Mary and step son Tommy.  Although, she did not ever use the title "step-son" when she referred to Tommy. 

She is survived by her son Tony Garcia (Paula), daughter Anna Garcia and son Jesus Garcia (Anita), grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchild, sisters, brothers, brother and sister in laws, nephews, nieces, cousins and many friends.
