Scott Allen Wagner, 48, of Hudson, Colorado, passed away on May 15, 2016 in Aurora, Colorado.
Scott was born in January of 1968 to Donald and Gail (Andrews) Wagner in Butler, Pennsylvania. He attended Freeport Area High School before joining the United States Marine Corps in 1986 where he served during the Persian Gulf War.
After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Marine Corps, Scott returned to the Pittsburgh area. He went to work for the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections. Scott worked as a police officer for the United States Park Police in Washington, DC for 8 years before moving to Colorado. Scott served 6 years with Westminster PD after 2 years with Fort Lupton PD.
Scott was preceded in death by his mother, Gail.
He is survived by his wife, Diane; son; Gabriel; also his father, Donald; stepmother, Betty; brother, Vance; sister, Kelly (Wagner) Lucas and brother, Lee.
A Memorial Service will be held at Tri-City Baptist Church, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24th, followed by Graveside Service at 1:15 p.m., at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Staging Area "C".
