Sadie was born in Lojito, New Mexico on 10/8/1944 to Hipolito and Mariquita Baca. She was the third youngest of 10 siblings.
As a young adult Sadie moved to Denver Co. and found the love of her life George, where they lived happily married for 55 years.
Sadie’s pride and passion was cooking. She was a chef by trade for many years until retiring. This is how she showed love through her food. Sadie became a mother to more than just her daughters, she was always ready to welcome you with a hot meal, or whatever you needed.
Sadie is survived by her 5 daughters, along with numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by both her parents, her husband George, her granddaughter Sabrina, and 7 of her siblings.
