Shanna Christine Cassidy Boss

Shanna C. Cassidy Boss, 34, died peacefully at her home on March 4, 2006, of a heart condition. She was born on May 30, 1971 in Eads, Colorado. She attended school in Eads and Brighton. She had also attended Sharon Duran Beauty Academy in Longmont.

Most recently she enjoyed reading books that helped her to understand scripture and to grow spiritually. Shanna also loved animals of all kinds - reptiles and furry creatures. She also loved painting ceramics, cross stitching, doing her acrylic nails and nail art, and many other types of crafts. She also always looked forward to going for long drives in the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

She is survived by her husband, Damon W. Boss of Orlando, Florida; her sons, Joseph D. Boss of Hudson, Colorado and Ryan D. Boss of Orlando, Florida; her parents, Hugh G. and Judy K. Cassidy of Hudson; her brother, Sean T. Cassidy also of Hudson; her nephew, Jason A. Valentine of Hudson; and her ex-husband, Jesse D. Heflin.

Shanna chose to be cremated; there will be no viewing. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 11th, 1:00 P.M. at Northern Hills Christian Church. Services will be in the Attic room. The church is located at 5061 E. 160th Ave. (Highway 7), Brighton, Colorado.

Arrangements were entrusted to Tabor-Rice Funeral Home in Brighton.
